  What a great place for everyone wanting to see the shy platypus. We had a fun couple of hours watching the platypus at this very pleasant location. A beautiful dam for the platypus and we saw 4 or 5 different animals - some up very close- 3-4 meters.

  Zoo looked nice. There is a great platypus viewing platform slightly up north which is free and they are wild

  It was cool, but you don't get a great view of the platypus, but they do swim among the lillies feeding. Cute little fellas. The cafe is nice spot to chill pill for awhile. Has lounge chairs and delicious cake

  Really enjoyed our visit, I personally did not see a platypus, but some other members of our group got to see one. It's a bit of a shame that people complain about not seeing it, it is a wild animal not a zoo or a pet.

  The information presentation before you wander down is very good. After going down to see the platypus we received a lovely slice of cake and a drink. Which is great value, without the platypus sighting.

  Great little place.. Unfortunately we didn't get to see any platypus but we still enjoyed having a coffee by the Lake served by very a freindly staff member (I believe he to be the owner or manager)... Worth dropping in for sure.

  There is a good cafe there serving good hot & cold food. Can recommend both the coffee and cakes.
